Chinese Food Therapy

This educational series is designed to present a foundational understanding of Chinese food therapy and diet, including the medicinal properties of common foods, special types of preparation and combinations, and the medicinal actions and indications of Chinese herbal foods and teas.

Presenter: David Price, L.Ac., is a graduate of the International Institute of Chinese Medicine with advanced studies at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. He is Director of the White Pine Clinic of Classical Chinese Therapeutics in Tucson, and is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese.
