Beginning Daoist Qigong Class
Qigong is a five thousand year old practice developed in China to help preserve longevity, strengthen the body from imbalances and disease, and calm the mind.
This series of classes are great for experienced and beginner practitioners alike. In this Qigong class series, students will get an in-depth experience and knowledge of Qigong. Classes will focus on correct alignments and posture of the body, moving through daoist breathing techniques, and strengthen the mind to bring greater focus on one's own qi cultivation practice. As the classes progress and we learn and understand more the Qigong form, we will be growing our personal body and mind awareness, strengthening the sensitivity to qi in our own body and within our immediate environment.

Instructor: Tai Blue has studied qigong for the past 7 years, with masters abroad and throughout the U.S. Currently she teaches Qigong at the Asian Institute of Medical Studies and is a practicing Qigong Therapist. She has attended The International Institute of Medical Qigong located in Palm Desert, CA.
