Asian Institute of Medical Studies is pleased to present
Organ Massage Qigong
Welcome to our 7-week Qigong Series! In this series we will be focusing on energetic Organ Massage Qigong. This is a powerful set of exercises that focuses on the five Yin Organs of the body. Find out what are the most influential organs in our body that affect our overall health, well-being, our emotions and our thoughts. By “massaging” them we can bring balance on an energetic, physical, and spiritual level. This series also includes many other individual qigong exercises, such as purging and strengthening exercises.
We'll be diving a little deeper with exercises that help purge intense anger and sadness. Holding space during times of strong releasing and creating a safe environment for individuals to let go of deep-seated emotions. Learning such exercises allows for healthy emotional expression, to help one release blockages and keep from creating new ones.
The agenda for this series:
- Qigong Organ Massage
- Dry Crying (deep release of grief and sadness)
- Beating the Bag (deep release of angry, resentment and rage)
- Golden Ball Qigong
- Qigong Meditations
